Our study continues on how "Jesus Prays with Us" (chapter 5). We are studying our way through Philip G. Samaan's book "Christ's Way to Pray." If you've not joined us in this amazing discussion on prayer, please join us this week. 

Communion for a New Year

Friday, January 6, 6 pm

Please join us for a physical and spiritual feast to begin the New Year. We'll enjoy a delicious Soup Supper as a Church Family and then celebrate Footwashing and Communion together. We have come to cherish this very special service and time of fellowship. Please accept our invitation to "do this in remembrance" of Him.

Pastor Cash Worships with Us

This coming Sabbath, January 7, Pastor Tony will join us in Worship. He will be preaching on the lifeblood of every Christian - prayer.

A Fundraiser for Our Kids at OAS

Saturday Night, January 7, 5:30 pm - Youth Center

The Boys and Girls Basketball Teams at Ozark Adventist School have extended an invitation to an evening of food and basketball to raise funds for their teams. Delicious dinner plates with tamales, papusas, rice & beans are yours for just $6. Single tamales and papusas can also be purchased. The evening's featured entertainment is basketball games between the teams and their parents. Non-parent adults can join in the games for a donation. Note: You can pre-order your food by calling Samrina Cox (479-220-2184) by Wednesday, January 4. See you at the games!

Healthy Living Cooking Class

Sunday, Jan. 15, 3 pm

Come and learn the health benefits and time-saving features of electric pressure cooking. When you pressure cook your food it retains nutrients and taste, you save energy and time, keep your kitchen cooler in warm weather, and keeps your kitchen clean. Class demonstrators are Marti Cash, John Marter, Klaudia Staples, and Jackie Wren. The class will be held in the Gentry Church Community Room.

Louisiana Mission Trip

March 12-18 for Teens/Young Adults

The SW Union is planning a Mission Trip to assist victims of last year's Louisiana floods. If you're interested, there is more information and registration forms on the bulletin board at church.
