Pastor Paul Blesses Springtown

Friday Evening & Sabbath -- October 13 & 14

Affectionately called "the little church on the hill" by Pastor Paul, Springtown is excited to welcome Pastor Paul and Kase Vunileva (and their kids) back home. EVERYONE who was inspired by, mentored, pastored, baptized and befriended by the Vunilevas is invited.
Friday Soup Supper & Vespers: Friday, October 13, 6 pm
Come enjoy a delicious bowl (or 2) of soup, warm fellowship and a message by Pastor Paul entitled "The Upper Hand" out of Psalm 59:1.
Adult Sabbath School: Sabbath, October 14, 9:30 am
Kase will share during our Feature time about the Mile High Miracle.
Sabbath Worship: Sabbath, October 14, 10:45 am
Pastor Paul will lead us to God's Word with a message entitled "Caught in the Stronghold!" out of Psalm 142:1-2. Little Gwen Sims will also be dedicated during our service.
Second Sabbath Potluck: Following our Service
Bring favorite dishes to share and stay by for our Potluck lunch. Everyone welcome.

Springtown Men Singing Again!

Gentlemen, as promised, it's Fall and time to begin singing again. We'll be learning some new music and getting back into the swing of making music together. If you've never sung with the guys before, please feel free to join them!

Live Nativity Planning Meeting

Sunday, October 15, 6 pm at Academy

If you want to be involved with a live, walk-through Christmas Nativity on the campus of Ozark Adventist Academy, please attend this planning meeting in the 2nd floor of the OAA Ad Building. The community event will be held the evenings of December 8 & 9. Students from OAS & OAA will be cast for the scenes. Adults from area churches are needed for building scenes, parking, making cookies, costuming, advertising, finding animals, etc. Questions? Please contact Judy Fetters at 804-874-9430.

Food Donation Reminder

Bring Non-Perishable Food to Church

A friendly reminder to bring food donations to church for our upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets. Donations can be set on the table inside the church side door.

Hotz Baby Shower

We're honoring Laryssa & Phillip Hotz on the upcoming birth of their daughter. EVERYONE's invited to a come-and-go dinner at the home of Ray & Teresa Netzel. The couple and their daughter are registered at Target and Amazon. See you there!
